ok everybody, i need a new clutch. the stock one has taken just about all it can. i want something that performes better but not too expensive. since i'm going to change the clutch might as well do the flywheel too ( since it needs to be resurfaced to put the new clutch in and it's like $100 to do that) and of course a lighter one. my front motor mount is on its way out as well, i might as well replace all of them with nice solid ones. i have already tried looking for the clutch and flywheel but can't find motor mounts. any help with finding some nice cheap sites, or in brands to go with would help me alot.

that will work for my car? it's just a stock 2.4L 1997, do we all have the same tranny?

you wouldn't happen to know where i could get some solid motor mounts would you?

sorry the clutch will, the flywheel is different.

Any FWD 2G DSM flywheel should work.

Have you used the exedy clutch kit that you recomended? I am curious to how it performs compared to the stock clutch or something I could get at auto-zone.

will these motor mounts work for the 7G, just about everything from the 2g eclipse works. if anybody knows anything just let me know.

Well when i first did my swap i went with a BeckArnley Clutch kit, its Great. Havent had any problems whatsoever. The mount you can get from slowboys. Right now i have maybe 2 sets of polyuros' sitting n the garage. If you gonna get a cltch kit let me know cuz i can beat any autozone price!

Even though I'm still in my break in period I couldn't resist getting on it earlier. I can vouch for one hell of a difference compared to the stock heavy metal flywheel.

where did you get the flywheel from? i found a clutch kit for $250, so all i need to do is find somewhere to get the flywheel. i also found these mount an ebay, they look good.

ok, so then a 92-99 eclipse flywheel fits as long as it is 7 bolt? because i have seen some eclipses with a 4g64 in them. if this stuff fits, i am deff getting it like tomorrow.
