    Changing the lights in the Heat Controls

    Hey i wanted to know if it would be better to change just the bulbs or do led lights instead to achieve a hyperwhite look... i'm figuring eurolites any suggestions?

    If you change the bulbs to LED's you have to wire up resistors and crap like that. if you dont know what ur doing i wouldnt attempt it

    Yeah ... I'm interested in getting a different color out of my controls... pretty sure theres a thread on this already...

    the current bulbs in there are already "hyperwhite"

    its a regular incandescant bulb with a blue coating. in the factory bulb's case, a blue gel cap.

    its really hard to get any whiter than that.

    brighter, yea, but not whiter.

    ehh I was thinking a different color... that's later on when I get bored... I'll do LED's for the dome lights and license plate blub.... maybe my reverse lights too... I need something brighter because U have 20% tints in the back... Can't see anything at night when I'm backing up....
