New Dash Idea, is it possible?

u was just looking in this VW magazine and some guy put a MK3 dash in a MK1 golf. got me to thinkin, is it possible for an eclipse dash to go in a galant? are their front windshields too rounded. what modifications, which shouldnt be too much, minor trimming maybe, would have to be done for this to work. i kno the doors wouldnt line up but thats nothing a little fiberglassing couldnt fix.

    8g width = 68.5
    3g width = 68.9

Pretty close, but still lots of custom work. Would be hard to make look factory.
    7g for life!

is that the width of the dashes or the entire car. because that could just be from the way the fenders are on the eclipse. the space between each door frame should be the same

I had a 86 s-10 one time that had the dash out of a 240SX in it. That thig looked sweet. ALOT of work, but it still looked neat as shit. So anything's possible, as long as you got the skills or the money...
