The other day when i was watching 2Fast 2Furious i have noticed that some of the cars got some sort of rightly flashing lights in the front, sort of looks like sharp lightning going from side to side, so i was wondering if anyone knows what sort of mod it is and how can it e done???

it is possible to make your own strobe lights at home. but IMO it totally isn't worth it. you can get a cheap set on ebay easily. many sellers ship worldwide. and many times some of the cheap sets will outperform a set you made at home for the same price.
never have shipped anything from usa, so dont know how to... anyone can help??can you name me a price to send strobe lights here to NZ in USA currency including postage???
go to ebay and find the model you want. contact the seller and they should be able to give u a quote for the total price. if there's a website here in the US that has what u want, you can get it through them.
