    resistor mod

    I've seen a mod that's a 4.7k ohm 1/2 watt resistor that connects to the IAT sensor unit. It's supposed to increase timing by as much as 1.5 degree's. I'm wondering if anyone has tried this and if they can offer any input as to the integrity of this mod and it's effects. Happy New Year everyone!

    thanx blankman.. did u try the resistor trick??? I just want some opinions on weather it works or not.

    I did not. After reading the test and trial, I think it's evident there are really no noticeable gains...
