This is a basic one.
Im trying to get the HU out from my 8G. I got it out from the clips on the front, it's come out a short way, but refusing to come any further.
Should I just pull it out very hard, or if I shouldn't, any suggestions would be much appreciated.
Here's where Im with it at the moment.

drop the ac control unit and look at the bottom left hand side of the head unit. there is a screw holding it in.
