    Opinions needed (ball joint replacement)

I was wondering what some of you guys thought about this ebay product. I looked up the same parts on the oem mitsu web sight and just one arm alone cost over $200.

I need to replace them very very soon, so i was looking for feed back. And, yes, i plan on replacing the bushings before i install them. along with a lot of other... stuff

    Yup, buy aftermarket Moog parts.

Lifetime warranty and they have grease fittings.

Even other brands like Spicer are better and cheaper than stock.

Some dealers sell em for around 50 or so but what they do is stock alot of it quantity and i kid you not if you look around the joint cover you will see it say moog.

I believe the 50 dollar ones are the cheap shit, i had bought one before from my old job when i couldnt afford moog and i tell you that thing lasted about 2 weeks before the bushing tore right up and the joint went bad. I think it had to do with my drop but i never had that problem when i had the good shit on my car although it was a whopping 90 bux. You get what you pay for.

Same here as its looking as if im goin to have to replace my ball joint. And i dont want to spend tons cause i just replaced them bout 5 months ago!!! Bought some from Autozone and it seems like there allready goin out.

Also is moog the best aftermarket joints for the car? Just wondering as if i do want to get the best and if it means i have to spend some then i guess i can just wait to drive the g :(

i think there was a factory recall on the front lower ball joint on the 7g. not positive but you might be able to get it replaced for free.

    Hi bronxbombr.
I´m looking for a complete set of motor/trans mounts, is that something you can get? How much will they cost?

    The car is a: Galant 94 2.0 16v 5sp manual

  18. #18
i got mine broke and tire fell and car hit the ground yup it broke my passenger side axle in the process 60$ the axle 42 the balljoint and else the only problem i find with the arm is the low quality and they dotn have the grase holes and i REALLY recomend on you buying ones with the grasing holes they will last a lot longer mine just lasted around 8 months

Will that ball joint issue cause shaking that starts at 50mph, and increases with speed?
