That is actually the stock ES Grille.
My first time experimenting with Bondo. I just took a hacksaw and cut the fins off. And then it looked like total crap, so i bondo'd the whole thing, and re-sanded it, and bondo'd powder coated mesh screen behind where the fins were =) I would like to do something like that for a living. Make custom Grille's ! Wouldnt happen to have an idea of what something like that would cost ? a custom USDM grille ? Well any questions feel free to ask ;)

Nice clean up, it's looking really good. If you want to find a price of a USDM grille, check your local junkyard or car-part.com, I'm pretty sure the prices for the grilles vary from $20 to the low $100s.

i know it dont, it kinda sucks, here is a pic of the decal i had made. I put it on and everything. But it was to dark outside to get a good photo. I need a digital camera. Then wow. Ya. Looks good. The first pic in my first post in this section was done with a 7 MP at night. But looks Astounding. I have another ill post here. I need to get a nice digi. Here are some more pics ;)

These look alot better applied to the car. And thats about as crazy as im going to get with vinyl, Aside from the interior, i dont belive in painting. Paint Sucks. hehe
Vinyl lasts so much better. And looks so much better. unless professionally painted of course.

I have an authentic vr4 grill for sale.. pm me if you're interested... not going to fit with your stock headlights though... I also have a fake vr4 grill that fits usdm heads, made from molded chicken wire that i'll be getting rid of soon..
