factory piping is 2.25" so a muffler with that size or larger should be fine. any decent exhaust shop should know what to do to make it fit

Webhosting for less than $3 a month? put "pinoyesv6" as a promo code.

has anyone installed aem cold air intake on their 8g yet? Is it true that a cold air intake will suck up water say if its raining out and you're driving? if so im going short ram. Also any suggestions for good exhaust? I hear the catbacks for the 3G eclipse fits 8G galants. I want something that sounds nice.

The muffler inlet diameter you want is 2.25" - if you want to change the stock piping, you probably should stay with 2.25" if you go mandrel-bent. Anything else is quite frankly too big for N/A and if you do ever go FI, you'll probably want to build a turbo-back exhaust any way.
