    Body Kit

First, i know topics about body kits have been discussed and lips too
that is NOT what im looking to find information about
This kit on Ebay is $140 + $255 shipping, is it worth it or not? i need to replace my rear bumper so i want a full rear bumper body kit, not just a lip add on

    ^ long freakin link, anyways

so a while ago i broke two ribs on a rollercoaster ride and i should be getting 9,000 from it, 4500 to pay off my car first.

what to do with the other 4500, well first i have college coming, but i want a body kit. im setting aside 1500 to get stuff for my car, and just bcuz i have the money doesnt mean i want to spend alot for something i can find cheaper, my question is, is that kit work it or should i look for something else

*i dont have the money yet, its going to take time*

They look like they could be from a normal body kit factory, the only thing i would be worried about is the quality of the work. But i guess if you take it to a good bodyshop, they should be able to make it look good. Still kinda cheap though.
Currently on my 3rd 8G... Not giving up this time!

im not looking to spend over $700 just for a kit tho, i found some sites with prices that are really up there, i mean its just bumpers rite? as long as i have the reinforcement behind them and dont hit and curbs when i park then theyll be find

    correct me if im wrong

i totally agree with you there. a bumper is just a bumper.

until you put it on your car and it doesnt fit right.

but if you still feel that way, i have some f1 style fenders for the 8g. they don't fit right and they're cracked but i'll let them go for really cheap.

Webhosting for less than $3 a month? put "pinoyesv6" as a promo code.

You gotto reamber u pay for what u get. Yes its only a bumper but u got to reamber the mold of that bumper might be crap, so its not going to fit right which means ur going to pay more to make it accually look good and fit right, or u can buy a good mold bodykit from a vendor like eurbani or viss

i know you get what you pay for, but for a piece of fiberglass i didnt really think it mattered since if it should fit our car like it says then it should

this is why i ask before i do

99- i was in the same situation as you and needed a rear bumper after an accident so i just got a full body kit. i got mine off of ebay before i was a member here and didnt kno about there quality but mine has held up well and ive had mine for going on 2 yrs. BUT the body shop had to do alot of custom work/molding to get it to sit flush. the fit wasnt the best but a decent body shop should be able to take care of it... but you do get what u pay for, as you already kno

it also depends on if the kit was designed for JDM or USDM
