Car Wash stole my gas lid

Took the G to a car wash, automatic, then by hand, well after i left, i realized when they drove my car through the machine it most have snatched my gas lid, so i drove all the way back and they couldn't find it, now im screwed out of a gas lid and no compensation.
Even if i go to a junkyard, im going to have an off color lid anyways.
How much will a dealer charge, and will they color match it?

I would just try and find a lid from a same color car as yours. Plus, getting a lid paint matched to you car isn't going to cost a lot either. Dealer may charge 40-75?

IDK the exact color, i think beige?
I Believe the user "99 Galant" has the same colour.
If you would be kind enough to send it for free, i would accept that, it would be easier to colour match it rather than buy one with the same colour anyways i suppose.

there are also 2 flat black ones on ebay that would run just under 40 shipped that you would just have to get painted as well

I got a brand new one from the dealer last week for $27. I doubt that the dealership will colormatch it for you unless they have a body shop attatched.

On sunday when this happend, i had left my name and phone number incase they found it while cleaning the machines at night and what not, either way i got a phone call, and i picked up my lid today.
Granite im going to have to super glue it back on, but problem solved.
