Tein Basic Damper Seized from Winter PLEASE HELP

hey guys, so i drove my car through the winter and now i'm trying to lower it again and the top rings on all four tein basic dampers and seized, I used about half a can of PB Blaster on them, ad hit them with a hammer, and used the spanner wrench that came with it while hittin the wrench with a hammer tryin to turn it, and still nothing budged, ive gotten the bottom rings moving and cleaned all the threads. Any suggestions on how to get the top rings loose? I would like to lwoer my car again, please help.

Care and ease breaking the bolts loose. See if you can find whats called "Break-Away", its a lot better than PB Blaster.
