Shift knobs for manuals

I have seen many posts about shift knobs for auto galants.
How about for manuals?
What shift knobs and shift boots will fit my car? Or are they all universal ones that will only fit our cars?

I don't think I've ever seen a shift knob specially for any car. They're pretty much all universal. I think you have to make sure the boot is long enough. But, anything that'll work for an eclipse will work for the Galant. Or, you can just do like I did and take the shift boot off completely along with the center console (ooh, rally car look )
