gearbox light/ac knob light

does anyone know if the 8g comes with gearbox light or not?
i see that little dim orange bubble during daytime but its pitch black at night and hard to tell wut gear im in
also, the light behind a/c panel is messed up. when i turn the knob, it goes off half way thru startin from left and comes back on itself after a while and goes off again if i turn the knob..very annoying plz help

Yea, i belive the bulb size is 194 for the gear box light. you have to take of the whole center consol to get to it though.

the whole center console doesn't need to come out.

the knob needs to come off, the trim ring and the part that lights up needs to come out. thats it.

Or you can do the LED mod to the shifter..

o yea damn thats right. my bad. i thought there were like 2 little black plastic tabs that are on the gearbox that is up under the center console

ok so i got those blue lights from speed hut, came with six, put five in the gauges and then tried to put one in the gearbox but the light distribution was horible only the D would light up.
