I suggest going to Autozone or some local auto parts store and buy a spark tester. They are like $5 and worth the investment.

2 terminal black plug on the firewall is the fuel pump test plug. Connect a jump wire to a 12volt source from the black/blue stripe wire. Ground the black/yellow stripe wire. If you hear your fuel pump "whining" then your fuel pump is working fine.
Another way to test for fuel is disconnect the fuel line going into the fuel rail and have someone crank the car a couple of times and see if fuel is coming out.

i bet on the distributor. I see you have 94-95 galant, so yeah if you get fuel then its distributor
I say distributor!! Car sound like its getting good compression...
It ended up being the distributor!
I found this on ebay. Does it sounds like a good buy
Will it fit?

ZIGONATOR
that one will work just fine.
as long as you get an OBD1 distributor you will be fine.
