Excessive pressure in the cylinder head ?? Help

So I noticed that the car sounded weird 2 days ago and went to see what's going on and noticed that there is alotta pressure in the head that when I unscrew the valve cover cap and try to lift it up I feel the pressure sucking it up back in and I hear some unusual sound from the head compared to before

It's freaking me out and I wanna know how bad it is

I hope your engine was off and the oil cap was off as well otherwise you're smoking crack!

that sound more like it has vacuum instead of pressure. just make sure the PCV valve is new and the ventilation that goes to the intake is not clogged. usually everyone puts a lil filter in there
God created turbo lag to give the v8's a brief moment of hope.

An unusual noise could be anything. Try to explain it a little better.

For all we know, the gasket for the oil cap could be sticking and thats why the oil cap wont come off easily.

it's definitely vaccin suction and not the cap gasket keeping the cap on

I will first compare it to shortchain's car then I will take a video

Could be a blocked oilway, when was it last serviced? Has it had an engine flush through it?

To be honest that really is my limit of knowledge on the 4G64 engine, essentially though its an engine, so I would be checking for a blockage somewhere, might also be worth doing a compression test on it
