Removing Rear Bumper

I am putting on my kit and I need to know how to take off the rear bumper. It is a real pain in the ass to remove. Does anyone know an easy way to get it off? Or atleast how to. I have got the sides off but the back part with the reenforcer is proving to be quite a problem
