I see these for the first time. I dont think someone on here has them
im trying to find a site that has different options available for 1 din inserts for the dash board...for toggle switches, buttons, gauges, or all of the above...heh
something similar to these, but with more of a variety and guarantee fitament...or are the sizes pretty universal?

you may be better off that way, it may take just as much fab to make one fit, than to make one your self and have it the way you want.

they sell single din double and triple gauge pods on ebay. the double leaves enough room to add a switch or 2 for that matter if you need it. theya re easy enough to install also
yeah..im really picky about how things are set up...i should make my own..that way i dont bitch about it later when i dont like it...haha
i want one that will sit right under my cd player...1x 2 inch gauge for voltage and then my toggles for fogs, interior lighting, ignition?, fan?...still deciding exactly how i want to do this...nothing too outrageous...i just want an excuse for more lights really.

i was going to do my gauges and switches this way but opted not to. i felt that the gauges needed to be in a place i can easily switch my vision to, so as a result i have a dual gauge pillar pod and im prolly gonna put 1 on my steering column
its up to you, i like the idea for switches and such in that location but for important gauges id rather have it at or near eye level
