Opening All doors with 2 turns of a key..

I just found out that my roommate here in school does that with his 97 galant. i didnt know even after 3 years of owning my galant. but when i tried it with my car it didnt work. does anyone else do this also?? is it an ES thing caise i have an S. i wish i could do it.

Do you have auto door locks?

I use to do that but now I got keyless entry soon gonna get door poppers.

EDIT: Oh, I installed the keyless entry myself. When I hit the button twice it unlocks all 4 doors.

I press my alarm button once and it unlocks all 4 doors
or when i use my key and unlock i just do it once and all 4 unlock

my 95 S does it....u just gotta turn the key twice in the direction to unlock the door .... which is to the rear of the car....

yeah mine does it too. 2 turns of driver door unlocks all doors. just found that out through yall guys about 2 months ago. thanks guys. but why does it only take 1 turn on the front passenger door to unlock all doors?

the sam ething happened to me../ i cant open all the door with the two turns. i used to be able, but now i cant. i own a 97es...but soon i;ll have ann alarm installed which will be better for me..

My 95 Es open all doors when turn 2x to the left. i have power locks...no keyless entry.

My 96 S opens all doors from the driver lock with 2 turns, but only one turn from the passenger door.
