Freakin squeakin!

Hey all,
For awhile I have been hearing a nasty squeak like when I first go or when I turn the AC or some other heavy load on, but it goes away as soon as I accelerate. Now, the squeaking is horrible and constant - not as bad once I get going but still there. I've had the dumb belts tightened before. Also, they really don't look worn. Would anyone have any ideas on what else it might be? I was wondering about getting some belt dressing, and if anyone had any input on that, like if you've used it in the past and if it works or not. (I have a 94 Galant, BTW) Thanks!

find out which belt squeels and see if the pulleys it attaches to spin freely. Some bearing may worn down, or an AC clutch may be bad.

Also, try getting NEW belts.
