I'm from Landover Hills, Maryland but I'm station in Guam (Navy). I want to do a rear disc brake swap and cant find out where to get the parts. Can i find another galant and pull the front brakes and rotor off of that?

we have an unofficial vendor here who you can get you the parts...

all you really need is the rear backing plates with calipers rotors pads and brake lines. My suggestion is to get new pads and rotors, and if possible lines aswell. I just got the parts not long ago and I went with R1CONCEPT
for my rotors, ceramic pads, and SSlines.

You can't use the front calipers and rotors on the rear for a rear disk swap, you won't have the parking brake, nor proper brake bias setup. So no, don't do it like this.
