I can get those hoods for $42.87. Big woop
Well it seem that owning one of those coveted Shelby Mustang GT500KR will literally cost you an arm & leg to fix if you get into a fender bender.
$20,000 for a CF hood...no that is not a typo.
$3,392 for a from bumper
$635.50 for hood pins
No this is not a typo!!!

so can i go to the dealer and get the car for $57,570 without the hood, pins, and front bumper lip? makes you wonder how they fit every other component of the car into the small budget of 57,500 when the hood alone cost close to 20k...
ZIGONATOR
sounds just like a viper, replacement hood is 15k
Overpriced shit
thats why cars come with warranties right?
Over here a fender bender isnt covered by warranties weird enough
warranties never covers accidents.. insurence does
ZIGONATOR
I would never pay 20k for a hood, and those hood pins better be made out of diamond for that price. Besides you can always buy the knock-off http://www.mossmuscle.com/Shop/ViewP...eIndexID=79163
Ask Cali to make one and sell it for a fraction of the price
That is nuts, but I can understand where Shelby is coming from to basically "protect" the vehicle icon. I saw one of these at Devils Tower in Wyoming on my vacation recently...they are impressive cars.
"The last thing we wanted was a customer slapping a KR carbon fiber hood on his V6" - I like this statement.
