it is made from the bottom seal on a garage door, the black foam stuff.. ha ha it dosent look to bad. idk if i am wanna do it. what do you guys think??

ive done it really look good but you need to really tape it on

If you don't mind putting screws on that lip to keep it afloat those double sided tape will come off after rain/wind/ and heat.
