is there an inspection plate on your tranny? the auto one doesnt work aafter the swap and your clutch could be getting wet and wearing away causing damage to everything in there

Yes, when the car take like 3-4 hours without move and no rain, it works fine, like nothing happens!

and, it dont die, it fail a lot, down to 200 rpm (with and without grear) , and have no power to move,

Open Up your airbox and see if your filter is wet while its raining and the car is off.

Pull the the distributor cap and see if you have moisture in there. Could also be old wires arcing its much worse when things are wet.

can be the distributor, and the wires not, are new,

You said when there is a problem the engine runs but will only rev to 700-800 rpm. That makes me think it has nothing to do with the trans and is really an engine problem.

I would have bet it was the ignition system; wires, plugs, rotor, dist cap, etc. Once things are dried out, start your car in a dark area and look under the hood for arching; flashes or sparks. You are looking for arching of some part of the ignition system. If nothing shows up try using a spray bottle and misting (do not soak) water around the dist cap, the wires, etc. If you see arching or the engine then starts running rough you are getting close to the source of your problem.
