Would anyone be intersted in a 94 LS auto?

Tranny is slipping, left fender is bent. Other than that all body is decent, engine is strong, interior is gray cloth, power everything, Factory sunroof (no leaks like the aftermarket crap), ABS brakes, cass/CD, everything works, car runs great, other than minor slippage from the tranny (maybe torque converter). Its time to move on, my father owned it for years, and now he doesnt drive it...

Car has brand new rear suspension bushings, polyurethane, pressed into the knuckes. New O2 sensors, both, new tune-up, aluminum wheels, top of the line in 1994 other than the GS...

155K mi.

As parts car or as a fixer upper. Please let me know, I'm asking $1000.
