I would have to say yes. I have 17" and it looks like there is plenty enough room for 18's to fit without a problem.

as long as u watch your offset, make suer the wheels are not too wide and choose the right size tire, you won't have any problems.

Unless you are looking to run lowrider style rims, you should have no problem running 18's on your car. Hell, I think half the people on this site are running 18's.
19's for me though...
