    Old Style Bumper

Ok I got an old style bumper and it looks like this:

Do I need to cut the red part so the fog lights fit:

Are the bulbs H3 for the fog lights? I wanted to know if i was doing this right, when twist the back of the fog light to open it won't open.

as far as i know, u dont have to cut anything to put the fogs on, i've installed old style fogs on many old style bumpers and never had an issue where i had to cut something
