Official MOD11 thread: Mitsubishi Owners' Day July 9, 2011

MOD 2011 will be on JULY 9TH
Check my signature for how many days you have left to get all the mods done to your Mitsubishi!!

It will be at the Mitsubishi Motors North America (MMNA) headquarters as per usual, in Cypress California. IIRC, it is located on Katella Avenue.

Here is a map of the meet area, and where you drive in:
Red is the main parking area for Mitsubishi's that arrive early enough. This is also the main Mitsubishi facility.
Yellow is where the Galants have parked for the past several years.
Green is overflow parking for non-Mitsubishi's and late arrivals.
Blue is obviously the only entrance in. They will have staff members coordinating the cars going in.



There's always a huge turn out and its a ton of fun. If anyone is interested in doing another "camp-out" then let's get this organized.
I'm expecting all the California members to show up. No excuses! if Jorge from AZ can make it out.. then you CA members can make it! lol

Reelax, any word on MOD 2011? Why do I have a feeling it's not going to happen this year...

They figure, if there isn't a west coast; the other two mods will still be able to have a galant sign. lol!

I did a quick checkup on mitsubishi's website where they had posted about the east coast mod. I found nothing related to mod =/

They aren't doing it this year because the lakers didn't threepeat and thus the whole of Southern California will be in mourning......

LOL, just playing, but I would think if the east coast MOD is listed they would list the West coast mod if it was happening considering its a bigger event.

In the chatbox, qnz told me they release the info on MOD later in the summer, but he could have been referring just to the east coast one, FYI. I been on the Mitsu website too and found nothing.

Well MOD for us is usually around mid-July, so I'm hoping they release the date soon.

i PM'ed Reelax a while ago and forgot all about it, i was too lazy to do it. you can e-mail them for me =]

any word on this years MOD from your connections? its starting to creep up

haven't heard anything. my connections are not there anymore (since MRDA was closed) but you can try writing to [email protected] and they might respond.

Hey if you guys go to the Mitsubishi Facebook page a lot of people have been asking about it and they responded by saying that they are working details internally so they will announce a day next week

We know you've been dying to know when MOD 2011 is happening this year. We finally have a confirmed date for MOD in Cypress, CA! It's Saturday, July 9th. Start planning your days off and caravans! :) If you went to MOD 2010, what was your favorite thing about it?
