That last connector looks like it may have been connected to the A/T. It's hard to tell with all the exposed wiring, but that's what it appears to me.
Ok, well I decided to go with the diamante injector harness. I believe this is how it works:
(still have to wrap them and everything)
Y= yellow
G= green
L= blue
B= black
R= red
W= white
Cylinder # / 6G72 / 6G74 (1997)
2 - Y/B - Y
4 - G/B - Y/G
6 - G/W - Y/B
1 - Y/L - B/R
3 - Y/B - Y/R
5 - G/R - Y/L
Purge Solenoid L Brown/W
EGR Solenoid B/L Brown/G
The only other connector I can't figure out is this one? Any guesses?

what does the actual plug look like? color? shape?
here's a better picture
the red one towards the bottom
So just to check, nobody is using the clutch pedal switch for starting? Just splicing pins 9 and 10 on the park neutral switch? Couldn't you run those to the clutch pedal? I'm just worried my dad's gonna get in my car one day and start it in gear and hit something. lol

just tell your dad to always start the car with the clutch in. I always do anyway
looks like it goes to the cruse control speed sensor to me
Just double checking everything before I start it up(tomorrow hopefully), my 74 didn't have a dizzy on it so I used the 72's. Is that gonna work?

It should. I used my 72 dizzy on my 75.

BTW. If anybody is interested, I did use the switch on the clutch to prevent starting the car without pressing the clutch pedal. There are two switches on the the pedal assembly, one on the back and one on the front. They both are NC switches (when the switch isn't pressed, the circuit is closed), so I used the front switch (the one farthest from the engine) and ran wire into the engine bay to the gear selector pig tail.

Hopefully tonight I get the the power steering working and post a vid

oh haha I was going to ask what exist you're running! I should just get an exhaust leak.. mine's a little too quite hahaha
nice job though!
EDIT: ahh I see you actually have aftermarket headers. I'm just running the stock manifolds
anything new? the last I heard was that your transmission died, I was wondering if that was resolved
yeah, I kinda forgot about this thread. I've only been updating the one on gt. But I've actually done a lot since my last post here. Still having trouble with the emissions system. I think I've narrowed it down to a wiring issue. I''ll try to post some pictures later. I painted and reupholstered the door panels and wood trim. tinted the windows, put in a new stereo and speakers and some other stuff. it's coming along
