PA system?

anyone know where i would be able to find a small PA system that i would be able to install into my car? and ideas on how this would work out if i went ahead and tryed to install it?

i know wolo makes several novelty horns made for cars that include a PA system. simple 12v hookup. just have to run the wiring for the speaker and power.

galls.com is a site for law enforcement to get stuff. when you're getting something, remember that its most likely illegal and keep in mind that cop cars have 35-40 watt amps pushing theirs and you know they are loud. i'm sure even jcwhitney even has something to play sounds that includes a mic of some sort.
