    Megan lowering springs?

    Hey guys I got and 06 galant with a 2.4l and I got a Megan 1.75 lowering kit for the car and it doesn't seem to have lowered the car. Anyone else have these springs on there car and had the Same problem?

    No I don't have any pics... Camera is broken. But there is no change what so ever and I have noticed that there is another tread on the springs but no one has had this problem.

    We had a few 7g owners experienced the same problem. It's like a hit or miss product.

    Well I'm goin to see if it seats for a couple of days but if it doesn't I'm goin to cut like half a coil on the spring to get the ride height I want.

    Got an update on the springs... They finally set and I got about 1.5in out of it. I didn't lower the back and it looks pretty good. Ill try to get some pics up sometime tomorrow.

    Sometimes it takes a day or so of driving for the springs to "settle." Had the same problem when i cut my front springs

    maybe load your trunk up with bricks and ride around with them for a couple weeks to get em to settle in......lol......thats a joke dont do that

    Hey I have megan lowering springs and it gave it a good drop...1.75" almost 2" they have settled now but I am completely happy with the drop. I do have 20s on my galant though.

    so i have a question what kind of spring should i get i have a 04 galant 2.4l its mainly my daily driver i just want to lower it a bit i bought new shock now i need spring so i can do it all at once but what should i get works, eibach, Megan, ????? i don't know anyone have any suggestions?????????????

    Yeah send them back i had the same problem its just bad springs
