So me again I've had the car bout a week b4 j found u guys so I have built up a couple questions.

So my valve seal guides bad. Between installation and a valve job(244k on engine) I can jus get a complete head. Now I'm putting on a 1g TB. Should I get a 4g63 head compete? If so what car should I get it from. And what do I need to do on my end to make it work no problem.
