ok I'm a noob. I see that most of you guys have systems but none of your are like mine. my question I have a red top but its 36 month date is coming up this year. the battery is almost 3 years old. my question is I'm pushing 4000Watts on 2 12's, which battery is best for me. the red top that i have now don't make my lights blink but like someone said better to be safe than sorry. don't want to get stuck in a rough part of town. *noob alert*
Now if a slap dont work then you cut 'em or pay'em

^if you don't need the CCA like the yellow and red top have, I know i have a blue top, the marine battery, and I can run my system (1000 watts, at normal volume in the car) for about 9 ish hrs before its dead... To me a deep cycle would work for you? maybe Idk but I use it and I don't have any problems with it 4+ years
