Tactrix cable for ecuflash

Okay so here is the deal talked to a few people and read other threads for tactrix 1.3u cable. I'm getting ready to order and all I can find is the new tactrix 2.0 which it says uses an sd card and can be left in for finding the hard to duplicate problems in our rom files. but there is no cable shown or in the description. So I guess what I want to know is this used the same way as the 1.3u or am I not going to be able to hookup to a laptop for tuning. Just trying to make sure what I get will work how I want it to

The 1.3 is discontinued you want the 2.0 with the reflash connector
