My ac is not working. It blows warn air. I tooked my car to 3 different places.

One place told me that the expansion valve is clogged and it needs to be replaced. Does anyone know if this is the only possible solution? And where is it located? How do I get it out?

Other place told me a fuse is not working well because the compressor was not starting when the ac was turned on.

And the last place showed me there were like 3 leaks in on of the hoses closed to the condenser. They were like needle size. Is it possible to fix this with the freon that comes with leak stopper.
