    Need Some Headlight Opinion Info.

So I Just Want To Apologize Because Of My Possible Noobines. But Congrats To Me On My 2nd Post

So I Have HID Headlights. They Are H1 Bulbs Not Too Sure About The Manufacturer Because They Came With The Car When I Bought It.(Bad Part About Buying A Car That Came "Customized") It Was Riced Out Pretty Bad. When I'm Done I'm Gonna Have A Pretty Sick Build "From Rice To Riches" But Yeah. I Don't Know Why But My Head Light Flickers Often. When I Turn On The Headlights. The Passenger Side Will Either: Turn On After The Drivers Side, Turn On Then Flash Off, Or Just Not Turn On. Any Guesses? I'm Assuming The Ballast Needs To Be Changed. Here's A Link To The Vid I Just Put Up, Sorry It's So Dark.

I Also Took Pictures Of The Dimmers Because The "Halo's" Aren't Too Bright. I Also Notice On The Passenger Side That My Three Pronged Light Is Out, I Need To Change That Mini Ballast -_- Is There Anything I Can Do Concerning The Gap In Between The Bumper And Hood? I'd LIke It As Flush As It Can Be.

I Saw A Picture Of A Hot BMW In Soho A While Back And I'm Happy I Kept The Picture Because I'd Like It To Look Like This. Any Ideas. I've Been Browsing Around And I See That A Certain Level Kelvin Will Emit A Specific Color. Let Me Know If It's Too Ricey.

Since I'm Rebuilding This Car, I'm Considering Getting New Headlights, Is There Any Difference Between The One's That Are 170 And This Pair That Are 600? (I'm Pretty Sure That The Previous Owner Bought The 170 Headlights)
    Here Are The Links:

Well I'm Not 100% Sure, I Bought It From Queens Auto Auction. The Kid Before Me Didn't Customize It Much And His Name Was Nick. I'm Gonna Text Him And Figure Who He Got It From.

those headlights are probably exactly the same.

as far as the hid issues i would say yes you need a new ballast

The proper way to wire HIDs is with a relay although i don't believe that would cause flickering, i could be wrong though, more likely its a faulty ballast.

Anything I Can Do To Make The Halo's Brighter And More Blue?

And What About Other Headlight Kits?

In order to make the Halos brighter you have to either
    1. Buy new blue LED bulbs I think the size is 194
    2. Retrofit or buy a pair of CFL headlights. If you buy headlights with CFL's be prepared to spend $300 or more

I have those same headlights on my G. Other than new bulbs or rings they're pretty much shitty (the Halos that is). I don't feel like opening my housing up for new rings and I bet you aren't looking to try that first, so I'd say try new LEDs first.

The BMW look with the Halos is great, but to achieve that you would probably need new rings. I spent $150 on just 2 LEDs for my BMW and you can just see them during the day. But if both cars are running with lights on during the day you'd never know that Galant was on next to the BMW. I'll post a pic so you can see. At night though they really pop.

NCamiolo is right that you will not be able to get the halos as bright as BMW halos during the daytime. you would only notice the Halos at night.

Now that I think of it, you will have a problem seeing them if the highs or lows are also. The light from lows will bleed right into the Halo lights. I plan on trying to go with the LED upgrade option soon myself

It does not matter what kind of bulbs you put into the halos they will not be able to out shine the low beam or high beam unless you have dim low beam.
I say they want out shine the low beams because i ordered LED bulbs to brighten it up a bit. Dont get me wrong, the LED's are a major upgrade compared to the stock bulbs that came with the halo projectors.
