Icon5 Up on car lift at mechanic and now...

I've just finished getting work done on my transmission. The car was raised on a lift for a couple days. Got the car back and the transmission is fine. However I now have a loud squeaking coming from drivers side front suspension maybe springs. I currently have Eibach Springs. The squeaking primarily occurs when taking off from stops (forward or reverse) or accelerating. It occurs just occasionally when going over bumps. It is fairly loud. It was fine prior to being put up on the lift. What should I do?

Please help me out. I appreciate it very much.

But the car was fine until it was lifted up at the shop. How would lifting it cause either of these to go bad? Please excuse my ignorance.
