    Fuel Gauge Sender Replacement

I purchased a new fuel gaouge sender unit from the dealer and will install this weekend.. Any pointers on the installation... My 2001 has the single access panel under the seat with the sending unit attached to the fuel pump assembly and the big twist off black screw on ring.

Lots of fuel gauge wierdness goin on ..

while you're in there, replace the fuel filter if your car has more than 75k miles.

I'd like to know the answer to this too my gauge is stuck past full and I'm debating on changing the sending unit or the gauge cluster maybe even the whole pump
