Hello everyone!
I have created this thread to show progress on my latest project, and to send off an old friend.
Unfortunately back on October 21, 2013 I was on a short roadtrip to Greenville, SC to pick up a 3g steering wheel with a buddy of mine and I t-boned a Mini Cooper...

I picked up another shell for cheap, and for me it was easier to swap the newer motor into the shell with the least damage. No point in fixing my old girl :/
2000 Galant ES WITH a sunroof!
Up and out! (Broken timing belt)
Now time to pull the good motor out of my car and get it ready to drop in the new car! This is the motor I swapped in when I broke the timing belt a year and a half ago.

What really gets me is that I JUST had the timing belt and water pump done a month before the accident. The water pump started leaking really bad at 30k. Needless to say go brand new not rebuilt!
Tranny was good, let me see what i can do. I may hold onto the drivetrain as a whole for back up... And some projects down the road...

If you have the time you can swap windows to keep your tint. And only pay for the rear to get done. Or if your good enough and bust a swap on that too.

I wish I was that good. The windows are a little scratched up anyways, I doubt it'd be worth it. I already thought about that lol
