NEWBIE
Ohio checking in
How's it going? New member here.
Proud owner of a 2003 ES which I've owned for over a year and have been fixing ever since. Lol.
Eventually, when I can take a break from fixing all the maintenance issues that keep popping up (hence, my user name) I can start focusing on the aesthetic aspects.
So far I've done the timing belt change, wheel bearings, plugs and wires, rotors and brakes, tie rod ends, replaced starter (twice) and alternator, eliminated some annoying electrical gremlins, and replaced a very leaky oil pan...a very expensive leaky oil pan.
Soon as it gets warm enough and I can scrape together some extra cash, I plan on fixing some rusty spots, doing a color change and doing what I can to make her a little less ugly (interior is pretty whooped, she has her share of dents, rusty spots... welcome to Ohio, etc).
She's a little rough, but most fun projects usually are.
Anyway, just sayin' hello.

NEWBIE
Nothing special, just a stock 8G with a couple hundred thousand miles under her belt.
She's got a tiny bit of skin cancer in a few spots, but this is Ohio, we use salt in the winter.
Like I said, I'm getting her back to a nice "reliable" state before I worry about the bells and whistles. Function over form at the moment.
