whatever happened to the Nifty Grill I sold you so many years ago. Curious to see what you have coming up.
I have some big changes in store for the Galant after a very long time of acquiring parts that were specifically what I wanted without any compromise. So here is some older photos of the car from start to where it is today.
When I first drove the Galant home.
Installed JDM Aspire Taillights (2nd gen tails are long since sold.
Test fit 19x10 +25 with 235/35R19 BFG KDW2
Megan Coilovers After Install (they desperately need a rebuild or replacement now, lol)
Before the suspension install and before CF Eyelids, after installing 6000k HIDs.

I didn't like how it attached. I sold it a while ago.
Lol that's hilarious, I'm glad it stayed in the family

I ordered tires for my wheels :)
Wheels are these btw :)
Love the set, they remind me of some VIP benz wheels.

One of the biggest steps taken today. I installed my VIP wheels. They are Trafficstar DTX. There specifications are as follows:
19x8.5" +29mm wrapped in Nankang NS2 215/35R19 tires in front.
19x9.5" +29mm wrapped in Nankang NS2 225/35R19 tires in rear.
I have more pictures I'll post, but the fitment is as perfect as I expected. Using the meticulously calculated sizing for both wheels and tires, and with sufficiently rolled fenders in the rear there is no rubbing whatsoever in the rear, and even better no issues up front. I can even still turn full lock to lock left or right. The only change will be reducing right height slightly and a slight rear fender radius to ensure no rubbing when i reduce the ride height another 1" or so.

Rear fitment picture.
Front 3/4 shot:
Those wheels really flow well with the car. Btw sent a you a pm on some ebay finds that I was wondering if you could use in your build, nothing major but I figured I would pass em along since the seller dosent have a large quantity it seems
No problem at all
I'll be static, and lower than it currently is :)
Word is that the D2 coilovers provide the most amount of lowering among coilover systems. Really it has nothing to do with performance it is all about style, especially since I'll never exceed the capabilities of the suspension performance wise. Airbags are nice, but would restrict the amount of camber I could run (which I why I never went bags in the first place). And the car has barely 600 miles driven in the last 3 years, so drive-ability is not a concern.
