Dead 12v Cigarette Lighter

My 2002 Galant ES has the 2 12v outputs that are vertical with each other and the lower one doesn't function at all, it is even loose and can be wiggled around using my fingers. Ive checked the fuses and they are fine so Im assuming the next step would be to pull it out and check the wiring. How does it come out? Does it pop our or is there a panel I have to remove?

Pop the trim around the shifter with a credit card. Then you can pull your cig panel out
