If I break another I'll look at upgrade.
I have been sourcing slowly a spare driveline for any more misshaps. I have another viscous LSD rear diff., awaiting arrival of another transfer to do the bolt upgrade on to try and stop any flex in the casing.
Now after the last dyno day I've noticed that 4th has been a little more noisier than I would like. So I'm preparing a frankenbox from an evo 6.5 tommi 5speed and the longer 5th gear from an evo 7.
Now after pulling the box down I found it had the 4.52 final drive and
1st-14/39= 2.785
2nd-20/39=1.95
3rd-27/38=1.407
4th-33/32=1.031
5th-42/32=.762
I want the 5th from the 7 to bring that down to 43/31=.720
12.840 @109mph.
