Either that or a locksmith. In Austin we have a guy that comes to us. I bought 2 blanks off Amazon and had him cut and program them both for $65. Make sure you ask if they can do specifically your year galant before they come out, our cars are notoriously fickle, which is probably a good thing.

Expect it not to work. You need a special programmer that they rarely if ever have in big box stores. Sorry I forget the spec/name of the database

I've heard ~$100, that's why it's recommended you buy and cut the transponder blanks somewhere else. Then get them programmed separately.
