The two tone goes nicely with the green, like the spare cover in the trunk too
Looks good man. REAL good.
Big changes to come! Stay tuned
your car makes me want a 7g!

Well I've posted it on FB, but might as well post it here.
Not too long ago I ripped apart the engine to have forged internals installed. It took me a couple of days to have it all off, but finally managed it.
I wanted to do a little better build this time so I decided to go all out and race port the head. It took me nearly a week to do it.
Got a new TB and the thing is huge compared to the factory 1g NT TB. Its a S90 70mm. The biggest pain here was porting (Gasket matching) the TB to the intake manifold inlet.
Got everything powdercoated and eventually this happened. I put it together after a month or so.
Meanwhile all turbo stuff was getting ceramic coated in jet black. Everything got wrapped in titanuim wrap and ready to be installed.
Manifold before coating
and after
Internals parts list:
Eagle rods
8.5:1 Manley pistons
ACL bearings
Brand new oil pump
HKS 272s
Tomei cam gears
evo rockers
3mm lifters
SS valves
Got new billet mounts too
New Mishimoto radiator and hoses
Custom 3'' upper IC pipe with Tial BOV
Custom recirculated intake pipe
custom short route IC
customized Hyundai valve cover with banjo fittings
in progress..
finished
Brand new 1g AWD downpipe customized at the inlet with aluminum cat back
It went from 2 piston outlander brakes to this.
The new setup is: 1g 3000gt vr4 calipers with 13'' Cobra rotors in the front, and stock Evo 8 rear calipers and rotors in the back. The master cylinder received SS lines to the prop valve and to the front wheels. Looks pretty neat.
Got new rims to accommodate the bigger brakes - Evo X Enkeis
I got the front fenders wrapped in 5d gloss CF vinyl.
I plan on using the fender flares, but that will happen a bit later when the weather gets warm
Intalled new battery cables today and a custom battery tray tucked in the front bumper again! Ill try and start the car on Thursday.
Installed Jay Racing alternator relocation kit with 120 amp GM alternator. Im very happy with it.
Also installed 2g DC front strut bar. For proper fittment, it need a hole on each side to be enlarged. BUT it has hood clearance problems at the shock towers. I guess Ill have to cut some of the hood skeleton support to make it close nicely.

This is nice wish I had the time and money to make mine a 4g63t fwd turbo
Man your going all out with this thing! do you have WHP goals? and is it going to be your track car? Looking good though, you have quality work. are you doing the exhaust coating and port work your self?

Haha thank you. Im aiming anywhere between 500-600 whp on pump gas. It will be a semi daily with mostly track use car. Everything that you see her,e besides the coated parts, is done by me.
Nice that is some crazy power to be had. Also i see you painted the IM was that for heat protection? I was trying to figure out if there is any proven thermal paint out there. My NA setup on my prelude Im trying to lower intake temps with thermal gaskets and coolant bypass etc
