The cheapest place I've seen the Levoc Hybrid knobs by Napolex is on www.optauto.com. Heres the tutorial that was made for it by DangerDAn.

yah i bought the one with overdrive button but it doesnt do anything unless you hook it up so i just left the two wires hangling and yes i did hafta cut some. if you notice when you get the knob off the white peiece looks like a scalpel thing. just clip the top part off and it slides on. but becareful. you hafta make sure to cut enough. even tough it gets on and you can shift no prob, it still might not be on correctly and you will find that out when you cant take the keys out of the ignition.

I ordered the levoc carbon fiber knob w/od yesterday. I;m finishing up my trunk with streetglow lights so I am going to have them wire up the od button to run the neons. Will post pics once everything is set.

How does the wire come down on the levoc shifter with od like DangerDan? I want to be able to hook up neons in the trunk but I don't want it to be a chore. Anybody with experience that knows that can help thad's be appreciative. I'm trying to plan before I get the hardware(hopefully Thursday) so I can get it done and have my trunk mod complete by the weekend.

the wire comes out from the bottom of the knob. to wire it to something cleanly, you'd have to remove the trim ring off the shifter bezel. then remove the cover for the shifter. the part with teh P R N D etc etc. and then run the wires for the neons. a lil tip. you can't take off the cover for the shifter with the knob on there, so do that while you arein teh process of installing the nknob.

if you take it out carefulyl without breaking anything you can put it back on. just make sure the wires don't mess with the shifting mechanism.

Well I got my shift knob and used Danger Dan's tutorial I had it hooked up in a few minutes....... although I don't have the big screws that go into the back of the shifter. I can't seem to find the ones that came out of the stock one they disappeared.... anybody have clues? The silver screw that comes with the kit doesn't fit for some reason......probably because its not got a tip or maybe its too big I'm not sure anyway suggestions would be helpful. As far as hooking up streetglows......well they only had one blue in the 15" so that kinda sucks I need two... maybe I can find another one in town or in Fresno but I need it done tomorrow and can't go running everywhere looking for one.....oh well we'll see hopefully everything will be done in time for Import Revolution on Saturday in San Mateo... if not I have everything else hooked up so It still looks sick.

you can get the screws at the hardware store. i got some replacement screws there. they are really short. i forgot the thread size but they do sell it. i think i still have the baggie in the trunk, but no promises.

its a metric sized screw if that helps...

ok ok the screws. its a 4mm-7 screw. the length is short. i got 10mm bolts and they are way too long. maybe more like a 5mm or something
