i jus got two 9" black lights for my interior and i wanted to mount them with an on and off switch and have them hard wired to my car rather than use the lighter plug. anyone know what i need to wire them and how?

wire the power (+) to the switch, along with the ground. ground the black light bulbs as well. then run the third signal wire from the switch into the bulbs. hook the power wire from the switch to your battery, make sure you dont leave them on when the car is off.

don't forget to put an inline fuse somewhere because many times, when u cut of the lil lighter adaptor, you take out the fuse.

if ya need help, holla back, i'll help u out in person.

i hooked em up real nice, now i wanna put more in. when i went to pep boys for some parts, i saw this 6 way power oulet with a fuse for each output and a fuse on the wire that goes to the battery. its a little ricer but it was only $25 and its made by bell . its got a chrome finish and an on and off switch. its tight.
