Removing trim from doors?

How do you remove the stock trim from the doors? I removed the ashtray in the center of it, but it seems like its really stuck in there. Dont want to damage it or anything, so if someone could help me out i would appreciate it. Thanks!

Do I need to remove the entire door panel first?

yeah, you do. when you get it off there's some screws holding the trim in on the inside.

there's 5 screws holding the trim in place. First is the one in the ashtray thing , then theres one behind the door handle and then there 1 one the front part of the trim and two toward the rear of the door. Friction screws hold the the rest. There is 5 or so friction screws. 4 of them are on the bottom of the door and 1 is on each front and back of the door.
