LOL, ya that was my first reaction too Dean.

Sorry MidnightES, it's just a newbie question and it's OK... There are no Turbo's factory made for the 4g64, but we do have options....

Here's where to get started: http://www.tgc-forums.com/phpBB2/search.php ('http://www.tgc-forums.com/phpBB2/search.php')

True, true...I have decided to scrap my idea of getting rims/drop before turbo.

So I am now starting my quest to put together a turbo and its parts list!

Instead of posting like that, try helping the guy out. I see you have the link below in your signature, tell him to try that first. I think thats kinda rude IMO to respond like you did. I know you have a lot of knowledge, and probably could have given him a quick answer or something.

MidnightES, from what I have read on here, most people that get them have them custom built since no one makes them. You cant call a shop and just ask for a turbo for a 7g galant. A lot of people swap out there 4g64 for the more powerful 4g63t. If you use the search feature, you can find tons of info on this, if you still have further questions, post!

Welcome to the board.

Make sure you look into every aspect of turboing.

Fuel injectors, fuel pump or a definite re-wire, all the electronics, intercooler, piping, 02 housing, turbo manifold, and lots of other misc stuff like water and oil lines, etc.

Good luck

ps. Join the 4g64 yahoo group and look at all their archives
