size of nuts on floorboard?

Can someone tell me the size of nuts that are used to hold down the dead pedal and the trim on the driver's side floorboard?

I've tried several different sizes and I can't seem to find the right one.

When I fixed mine, I tightened the nut down witha 10mm socket wrench I think.

90% of the nuts in our car will either be 10 or 12. so give those a try, but i think its a 10.
